The resumption of the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 2025) season could be without the functioning Decision Review System (DRS) for the remainder of the tournament, including the final.
According to a report in PTI, the technicians who are instrumental in dealing with Hawkeye and other DRS equipment's have denied to return to Pakistan following the country's escalating conflict with India. The PSL, like IPL 2025, was also suspended due to cross-border tensions. PSL resumed on May 17, with the final set to be played on Sunday, May 25.
DRS has not featured in any of matches after PSL resumed on May 17. The first Qualifier between Quetta Gladiators and Islamabad United did not have the technology.

Why DRS is not available for the resumption of PSL
The same report also mentioned that the company that manages and functions Hawkeye and DRS technology mainly had Indian nationals. After the PSL was suspended due to intense tensions between India & Pakistan, the Indian nationals working for the broadcaster had left for home and since then not returned.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) also wanted to organize the remainder of the PSL in UAE, but the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) refused the proposal.
