The Guyana National Stadium, also known as the Providence Stadium, is located in Providence, East Bank Demerara, Guyana. It was established in 2006, primarily to host the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007, and is owned by the Government of Guyana. This stadium replaced the historic Bourda ground as the country’s main cricket venue and has become a central hub for sports and entertainment.

The stadium has a seating capacity of 15,000 permanent seats, with additional space on the grass mound accommodating up to 4,000 more spectators.. Floodlights were installed at the time of its construction, and it features two named ends, Media Centre End and Pavilion End, offering excellent views and facilities. It is the home ground of the Guyana Amazon Warriors in the CPL and often hosts international matches for the West Indies team.

The surface at Providence offers balanced playing conditions. The grassy pitch usually favours fast bowlers with the new ball, while spinners come into play at later stages. The lightning-fast outfield makes it a batsman's paradise in the limited overs.
